Rhinitis

Rhinitis is a common disease in the dry seasons of winter and spring. Symptoms include nasal congestion, difficulty breathing, runny nose, face swelling, pressure behind the eyeball, and may also be accompanied by symptoms such as fever and toothache.

You can use the index fingers of both hands to rub the sides of the nose until feel hot and flushed. Focus on pressing Ying Xiang Acupoint. Then rub the soles of the feet with the palms of both hands, and rub them until they become hot, which can effectively prevent rhinitis.

Tea: 10 grams each of Tu si zi, Shan Yao, and Gouji. Boiling 5-10 minutes, drinking like tea, can take it for a long time.

Acupuncture or Massage: Fengchi, Yintang, Shangxing and Yingxiang can help relieve symptoms.

2 acupoints locate both side of nose, one centimeter next to the nose (next to the midpoint of the outer edge of the nose, in the nasolabial fold).
