Uterine Diseases

Try this "antioxidant soup" to avoid uterine diseases

More and more women are suffering of uterine fibroids.
“What should I eat?” has always been the most confusing and distressing question. Every woman wants to cook, but do not know where to start.

Recommend to take "vitamin D" and consider a "liver-protecting diet" as the mainstay of a diet.
This diet should include high-quality protein, vitamin B complex, antioxidant nutrients, and cruciferous vegetables. In fact, a diet to avoid many gynaecological diseases is closely related to "anti-oxidation".
Free radicals will bring much damage to our body, and will accelerate aging, so one has to be careful!

Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable, and its sulforaphane can help the liver to improve detoxification, accelerate the discharge of toxins accumulated in the body. It protects the liver and has anti-cancer effects.
Potatoes are rich in vitamin B and vitamin C, which can promote metabolism and antioxidant.
