Foot Baths

Foot bath is a health care method in traditional Chinese medicine. The feet are also called the second heart of the human body. Scientific research has proved that there are reflex zones corresponding to various viscera and organs on the human feet.

Foot bath: soak your feet simply in warm water with herbal formulas for 10-15 minutes.

It has the effects of accelerating blood circulation, stimulating acupuncture points, relieving fatigue and dispelling cold, and at the same time, it can also improve human immunity and help resist various diseases.
You can enjoy the Foot bath all year round. Each season has a different formula for a different effects. Here we introduce you some summer Foot bath recipes:
In summer, you can have Foot bath with some Chinese herbal medicines to regulate the body and assist in the treatment of diseases. 

1. Remove dampness formula: 50 grams each of Danggui, Chuanxiong, Aiye, and Zisuye, add water to boil 5 minutes, add water with appropriate temperature, soak your feet for 15 minutes. 

2. For dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation formula: in the above recipe, add 20 grams of ginger and 50 grams of Chishao, the method is the same as above. 

3. For insomnia and more dreams: add 50 grams of Suanzaoren to the 1 recipe, the method is the same as above.
