The course will be held on Thursday evening from 18:15 to 19:45
The duration of the course will be 1:30 hour. For this last term we decided to split into two groups, with one group doing Qi Gong exercises whilst the other will start learning the Yang style 108 form. You may choose which group you would like to join.  Beginners are welcome.

There will be 11 sessions, below you find the respective dates.
